• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Factors, Computer Science, or relevant major.

• Five to six years of web usability integration experience specific to websites, user interfaces, and advertising materials.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Animation design, as well as familiarity with Adobe and Macromedia products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash).

• Experience conducting user centered design focus groups and beta testing.

Sharepoint User Interface Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Graphical Arts, Web Design, Animation, Information Technology, or relevant major -- graduated or pending graduation within 1 year.

• Three years of Sharepoint Portal Server and Windows Shared Services (2003 and 2007) experience unique to User Interface design ultilizing FrontPage 2003 and/or Sharepoint Designer.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Animation design, as well as familiarity with Adobe and Macromedia products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash).

• Advanced senior-level experience with Site Definitions, Site Templates, and Site Themes is required.

• Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET and Visual Studio .NET IDE is a plus.

• Introductory experience with Microsoft Office Server Systems 2007 (MOSS) an added plus.

Senior IT Project Manager/Business Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, or other relevant major or equivalent work experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.

• Five+ years software or technical project management.

• Establishes organization-wide project standards and best practices including developing repeatable processes, policies and procedures.

• Develops detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support the Software Development Life Cycle and organizational objectives. .

• Effectively allocates pooled resources and time across groups or departments, including available in-house and contract personnel.

• Experience planning, executing, reporting status, managing risks, resource allocation and leveling, and managing budget.

• Proficiency with full project planning functionality of MS Project (including Project Server), including budget, resource and time elements.

• Knowledge of Windows Sharepoint Services v2 and v3, and it's interaction with Project Server, for effective project management a plus.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, creative ability, and a high level of dependability. This position will service as a liason between our development teams and the business/project owners for our client companies. Public speaking experience a plus.

This position requires the ability to complete projects in a timely manner, prioritize tasks and to recognize the need for and implement improvements during development.

Senior SharePoint Developer

• Five years of experience working with ASP.NET (C#.Net and/or VisualBasic), MS-SQL 2000/2005 (DB design, Stored Procedures, DTS packages), HTML, ,CSS, XHTML and XML.

• Proven experience with SharePoint technologies and architecture and ability to develop custom web parts using ASP.NET and customizing master pages and site/list definitions. Candidates must have experience with SPS 2003 and the latest release MOSS 2007.

• Proficiency with Visual Studio 2003/2005 and SourceSafe or PerForce is required.

• Experience working with high traffic websites (load balancers, caching, propagation of static generated pages, ect.) and advanced content management systems (CMS).

• Experience analyzing and working with existing code.

• Knowledgeable with software development and testing methodologies.
