Citrix Systems, Inc. Global Employee Communication department sought to enhance the way their team collaborates with other teams within the Corporate Marketing umbrella. They also wished to facilitate their presentation of News and Events to their 5,000+ employees globally by the use of a centralized employee portal deployment. Citrix chose to deploy Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 in 2005.
Amplified Technologies, Inc. came in to further enhance user-centered functionality of the News and Events section as well as create collaborative team sites for various projects.
Email Communications
Horizons Communications, Inc.
Technology: Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Migration to 2007

Horizons Communications had in house servers that hosted their Microsoft Exchange email communication servers for all their employees. They had long ago deployed these servers and had no real knowledge of the new release of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, let alone how to plan a migration.
Amplified Technologies, Inc. were hired to execute an architectural plan, server configuration, software installation, and release management for their upgrade from 2003 to 2007. After successfully deploying the migration, we also provide Horizons Communication with ongoing maintenance of their servers and systems.

Sunniland Roofing Co.
Technology: Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate and Microsoft Office Professional 2007

Sunniland Roofing was seeking to upgrade from their Windows XP Professional deployment of a few years ago over to the new Microsoft release of Windows Vista Ultimate. They sought our help in the architectural planning and engineering so that their employees wouldn't loose any of their saved data and were still able to connect to their network file servers and print servers come Monday morning.
Amplified Technologies, Inc. took one weekend to upgrade all the machines in the office with the appropriate hardware, followed by another weekend of software installation and migration of saved data. After sucessful deployment, we ensured that all employees were properly trained to use their new software.
